Welcome to a full year of elite-level Mach3 training with the Swing Trio - three training tools that will skyrocket your level of golf fitness, speed and performance! You'll get four great workouts per week, including mobility and strength training, and the classic Mach3 drills that will vastly improve your clubhead speed and distance. Each workout includes its own short video of the daily drills and exercises, plus a PDF with the exact protocol and an illustrated Quick Reference Guide.

 

The course is presented in a "New Weekly Workouts" format. When you first purchase the course, you will see the introductory videos and the first week of training. Seven days from your date of purchase, the second week of training will appear. This process will continue for an entire year! You will receive 208 workouts over the course of the year!
